Uzume Taiko
The Story
Uzume Taiko {www.uzume.com} is a Vancouver based taiko drumming ensemble group that tours, does workshops and perform amazing shows.
As the graphic designer I wanted to give the logo a visual representation of the drummers and the vibration of sound.
The Process
After sketching a few designs the logo was narrowed down to the final design.
The sketch was then recreated in Illustrator in order to use it for all print promotional materials and online assets.
